Before community and wellness had a seat at the table, I was building one. Twelve restaurants across five cities, spaces where people came for the food and stayed because they found something they didn't know they were looking for.
I've lived across three continents, cooked for strangers who became friends, eaten in the best restaurants in the world and in the most exotic streets on the planet. I learned that the best dining experiences aren't really about the food at all. They're about what happens when you get everything exactly right.
Now, from Dubai, I'm building the next chapter: content, conversations and experiences for people who believe that how you eat says something meaningful about how you live.
Food is how I love the world. The table has always been my favourite stage.
Everything I create lives at the intersection of these four ideas.
